Past Seasons

In the midst of a howling blizzard, a busload of passengers holes up in a roadside diner outside Kansas City. On the bus is a nightclub chanteuse named Cherie who is being pursued by Bo, a cowboy who wants to sling her over his shoulder and carry her off to Montana. Overnight, the owner of the café and the bus driver begin a long-overdue friendship, an aging scholar learns a valuable lesson, and love appears unexpectedly in this classic romantic comedy by one of America's greatest playwrights.

However, some of her favorite management credits are right here at Bus Barn where she's had the privilege of working as SM for Over the Tavern, Expecting Isabel, A Midsummer Night's Dream, A Chorus Line, and The Real Thing. She also serves as the Ed/Rec & Volunteer Supervisor for the Santa Clara Valley Blind Center; working to increase the confidence, independence, and quality of life for the blind and visually impaired.

Trish Files (Costume Designer) has designed costumes for several Bus Barn shows including Breaking Up Is Hard to Do, The Real Thing, Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Tick, Tick, Boom!
